Trustees and Committee Members
The Trustee of the charity is Richard Cloudesley Trustee Ltd, a charitable company. The Trustees are directors of the Company. The Board of Trustees consists of up to 15 people and is based on the structure set out in the Charity Commission Scheme of 1980, as amended in 2016.
Cloudesley also has three co-opted Committee Members who bring particular expertise, experience and knowledge to help make sure that the charity’s decision making is effective and well-informed.
