My background in senior management at not-for-profit organisations spans over twenty-five years. As Leadership and Programme Director for the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts, I was at the forefront of building leadership capacity. I am a consultant and facilitate roundtables that bring managers together as part of their professional development. Recently I have been involved in Mental Health First Aid as an Instructor.

I have roots in Islington, having lived in the borough and attended St Mary Islington. I believe my experience working in diverse cultures and backgrounds, as well as working with international and national charities, will bring added value to Cloudesley.
