That’s the question behind a new research project commissioned by Islington-based funders Cloudesley and Cripplegate Foundation, working in partnership with the Islington Strategic Advice Partnership (ISAP) and Islington Council. We have appointed the Advice Services Alliance to undertake this research.
This research will involve exploring data from local advice agencies to see whether there are patterns in the kind of cases they are taking and, if so, whether there’s scope for using that evidence to suggest system improvements. The work will involve analysing case work data from Islington advice agencies as well as interviews with advice agencies and possibly local social landlords.
