I have worked in education for children and young people’s social care in Islington for 11 years. I have run mentoring programmes for young people and been a volunteer for children’s charities in Islington.

I have worked and volunteered in Islington for 15 years, and much of my social life at university was in Islington. 

Islington is a diverse borough, and through my work I have seen the amazing work charities do to support the local community. I wanted to contribute to the work grant providers like Cloudesley do in the borough, where there is such need.
